Pasco County Schools - Richey Elementary School - New Port Richey, FL
The new Richey Elementary School will be constructed adjacent to the existing school built in 1958. As the construction manager on the new 90,000 square foot educational facility, Cutler Associates will demolish most of the existing 17 buildings and replace them with a new 21st century learning facility that will include a new administration/media center; a new 2-story classroom building; a new multipurpose dining facility and new playfields.

Tockwotton on the Waterfront - East Providence, RI
Tockwotton’s new waterfront complex will include 58 assisted living units, 56 units of specialized assisted living/memory support and 52 skilled nursing units all in single occupancy rooms. The facility will promote the latest model of skilled nursing care for the seniors based upon the “household model” principles of the Pioneer Network. The relationship of the three programs is intended to be highly complementary, so that any resident of Tockwotton Home is able to take advantage of the services of any one of the three programs when appropriate. Gardens, courtyards, walking paths, and scenic overlooks will offer opportunities to expand available outdoor activities for all residents.

Hillsborough Community College - Learning Resource Center, Faculty, and Ybor Buildings - Tampa, FL
Cutler is providing renovation and remodeling services for select spaces in three buildings on HCC’s Ybor Campus which will house the new multi-use student government facilities, a radio and television studio to broadcast campus educational programs, a new tutoring and counseling center, a new college prep outreach center and a new fitness center.

FLEXcon Research & Development Facility - Spencer, MA
Cutler is designing and building a new research and development facility for FLEXcon, a manufacturer of pressure-sensitive films and adhesives, headquartered in Spencer, Massachusetts. The 20,000-square-foot building will include both office and laboratory spaces to support FLEXcon’s product development processes.

Saint-Gobain Ceramics & Plastics - Northborough, MA

Cutler is providing construction management services for a “Campus Renewal Project” at Saint-Gobain’s High Performance Innovative Materials R&D Center in Northborough, MA. The multi-phased project encompasses renovating and providing utility infrastructure services to approximately 20,000 square feet across four buildings. With continuous ongoing operations, safety and logistics are of paramount concern to Saint-Gobain. In collaboration with the owner, the team has created and maintains a meticulous safety program that combines the Cutler and Saint-Gobain requirements and continuously monitors operations for compliance.

Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center - Worcester, MA

The renovation of the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center on Tacoma Street in Worcester will reorganize and upgrade medical suites, patient services, offices, and administration areas to more efficiently serve patients. The phased project will be completed on a seven-month schedule while the building is fully occupied, with no disruption in services.

Marillac Residence - Wellsley Hills, MA

A phased renovation is underway at the Wellesley’s Sisters of Charity Marillac Residence, a retirement community for women religious. The first major upgrade since the facility was built in the 1960’s will reorganize the four residential floors to create “Households” with 8-9 private studio units clustered around community rooms, lounges, and country kitchens. The construction phasing plan was carefully planned to minimize disruption to the residents and to maintain required bed counts throughout construction.

D'Youville Senior Care - Lowell, MA
A renovation and addition is underway at D’Youville Senior Care in Lowell, Massachusetts to create a new 33-bed transitional care unit.  The new space meets patients' needs for short-term rehabilitation and also includes four hospice suites. The $10.5 million project will also build a new kitchen to service the entire complex.

School Board of Pasco County - Pasco High School - Dade City, Florida

A four-phased addition and renovation is underway at Pasco High School in Dade City, Florida. The $13 million project will renovate the campus entrance, build a new two-story classroom building, and update and expand the health services building and additional classroom and administration areas. The effort is carefully sequenced to minimize disruption to the occupied campus and will continue over the next year.

School Board of Pasco County - Pasco Middle School - Dade City, Florida
Cutler is completing a multi-phased expansion and renovation at Pasco Middle School in Dade City, Florida. A 16-classroom addition recently opened as renovations to the cafeteria were completed and a new MDF was built to house network equipment and replaced fiber optics throughout the campus. Over the next year a new administration building will be built and additional updates will add a new courtyard.

School District of Polk County - Boone Middle School - Haines City, Florida
The School District of Polk County is renovating and expanding its Boone Middle School in Haines City, Florida. During this phase of construction, three new buildings will be added to the campus, which will include the cafeteria, gymnasium, and administration offices. The project will also relocate the bus ramp and create new athletic fields. The $13.2 million, 58,266-square-foot project is scheduled for completion in 2012
