This 22-acre, tilt-up concrete, warehouse/distribution center for the TJX Companies features 700,000 square feet of low-bay storage; 300,000 square feet of high-bay storage with 46-foot clear height; a 400-seat cafeteria; over 3.5 miles of FF100 flat floors; a 25,000-square-foot office area; training and conference rooms; a nurse's station and 130 loading docks. The facility's adjacent parking lot accommodates 1,200 cars and 400 storage trailers. Cutler met the fast-tracked, 10-month design-and-construction schedule despite challenges including the removal of a hilltop to clear the site.
