A steep hill provided a natural, albeit logistically difficult, aesthetic treatment for this open parking structure. Precast panels, including 14-foot retaining walls, were part of a cost-efficient and maintenance-free design-build solution that turned a previously unusable site into badly-needed convenient parking. 6,500 cubic yards of ledge removed from the site was recycled into the project.
