This design-build solution to Assumption College 's urgent need for student housing combined high-quality materials and construction with fast-tracked scheduling to produce an appealing combination of suites and apartments for sophomores and upperclass students. The low-maintenance façade and durable interiors avoid an institutional appearance and create a home-like sanctuary for residents. Full kitchens in the apartments give older students more independence.

The three buildings were designed and built in two phases of 10 months each. Phase one yielded 204 apartment-style beds; phase two added 132 suite-style beds. Both phases were completed under budget.
