Cutler Associates Completes Construction on New BJ’s Club in Quakertown, PA
|
Cutler Associates recently completed construction on an 85,000-square-foot BJ’s Wholesale Club at Richland Marketplace in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The property is owned by RB Quakertown, LP.
The $3.6 million project was built on a fast-tracked, five-month construction schedule. The facility is designed by Bignell, Watkins, Hasser Architects, P.A.
“We are excited to complete another project for BJ’s,” said Ed O'Brien, President of Cutler Associates. “We are honored to be part of the highly qualified team that together, achieved success on this fast-paced, value-driven project.”
This is Cutler’s second major project for the BJ's Wholesale Club. A $43 million, 618,000-square-foot distribution center was completed in Uxbridge, Massachusetts in 2006.
